Printer brand;

The Find My Cartridge tool should not be regarded as a substitute for checking the manufacturer’s compatibility information.

7. Compatible and Original Products

A compatible cartridge is not represented as an original manufacturer cartridge unless expressly stated.

References to printer brands or manufacturers are made solely for compatibility identification where appropriate.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NdaWo Solutions is not affiliated with or endorsed by the printer manufacturer whose products may be referenced.

8. Product Prices

All prices displayed on the website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been validly accepted, subject to applicable law.

The CPA expressly prohibits suppliers from imposing unfair, unreasonable or unjust terms or requiring consumers to waive rights in circumstances prohibited by the Act.

NdaWo Solutions will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdictional rules, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with NdaWo Solutions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts.

NdaWo Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed accordingly.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to customers under applicable law.
